Pricing questions
What counts as an active lease?
A lease that is running in the given period. An empty flat without a tenant doesn’t count.
Do I need to enter a payment card?
No. The free plan and the three-month Pro trial need no card and no commitment.
How does the volume discount work?
On yearly billing: 20% off from 20 leases, 30% from 50 leases and 40% from 100 leases, on top of the 2 free months.
Do I pay for each portfolio separately?
No. The subscription belongs to the owner and adds up leases across all their portfolios.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices are shown excluding VAT.
