After your first sign-in, the Overview page shows a “Getting started with Najato” card — five steps that tick themselves off based on your data, no manual “done”. The steps walk you through the same path the whole app follows: property → unit → tenant → lease → payment.
Good to know
The card shows progress as X/5. Until you have a property, it can't be dismissed. Once every step is done it disappears on its own; otherwise you can hide it anytime with “Hide guide”.
1
Add a property
Manually, by description, or imported from the land registry — a 4-step wizard opens. See Adding a property.
2
Occupy it — listing or lease
Start advertising to prospects, or create a rental lease right away. See Creating a listing and Creating a lease.
3
Set up payment collection
Turn on automatic bank statement import or e-mail payment intake. See Statement import.
4
Upload costs and invoices
Forward supplier invoices to your inbox, or upload them manually. See Consumption costs.
5
Track your return
Once payments and costs are both linked, you'll see the real return. See Service settlements.
