Portfolio & roles
What a portfolio is, the owner/manager/administrator roles, and how to invite a manager.

A portfolio is a group of properties belonging to one owner. Every owner gets one automatically — without it, properties wouldn't show up in listings, so there's nothing for you to set up. You switch portfolios, or add another (“Add portfolio”), at the top of the left menu.
Roles
| Role | What it does |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control of the portfolio — properties, leases, payments, and subscription. A portfolio can have only one owner. |
| Manager | An invited member with access to the portfolio's sections (properties, tenants, leases, payments). Has no subscription of their own. |
Good to know
There's also a Najato administrator role that handles support across all accounts — a regular user won't run into it.
Inviting a manager
Profile › Portfolio › “Manage access” › “Invite manager”
1
Open access management
In the Portfolio tab of your profile, click “Manage access”.
2
Invite by e-mail
Enter the invitee's e-mail and confirm with the “Invite” button.
3
Wait for acceptance
Until accepted, the invite sits under “Pending invitations” (you can resend or revoke it); once accepted, the invitee gets the Manager role.
Tip
See Inviting a manager for the full walkthrough.
Owners and Users in your profile
Don't confuse the Owner role above with the profile's Owners tab — that one tracks the people or companies listed as landlord on leases (name, birth ID or company registration/tax numbers, address, bank account), not app access. The Users tab is visible only to administrators and manages Najato users across the whole system.
