The left menu is Najato's main navigation. At the top is the current portfolio switcher and a green “+ Add” button for quick shortcuts; the footer holds your subscription status, Support, and profile access with sign-out.
The 6 main sections
| Section | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Overview | A dashboard with portfolio KPIs (monthly income, occupancy, overdue) and the “Getting started with Najato” card. |
| Properties | The list of properties and their units — the detail page has Overview, Rental, Listing, Units, and Meters & readings tabs. |
| Leases | The contracts and documents hub — the list of leases, templates, default template assignments, and parameters. |
| Tenants | Contacts of people linked to leases. |
| Payments | Rent charges, their statuses, accepting a payment, and settings (reminders, statement import, charges). |
| Operations | Meter readings, costs, service settlements, and forecasted consumption. |
Good to know
The Leases, Payments, and Operations sections only appear once you add your first property — until then you'll only see Overview, Properties, and Tenants.
Quick add
The “+ Add” button at the top offers shortcuts: Property, Tenant, Lease, Payment, Meter reading, Cost / invoice, and Create settlement. Without a property it only offers Property and Tenant.
Footer
At the bottom you'll find your subscription status (links to Profile › Subscription), Support, your account name linking to Profile, and a “Sign out” button.
