How to create a listing on the property detail and what gets pre-filled automatically.

A listing is created on the “Listing” tab on the property detail — you'll find it between Rental and Units. If a property has more than one unit, you first pick which unit you're listing at the top.
Properties › Detail › Listing
Inside the tab there are two sub-tabs: Listing (text and parameters) and Leads (inquiries). The “Vacant” or “Rented” status isn't entered anywhere — Najato derives it from whether the unit has an active lease.
1
Create listing
The “Create listing” button makes Najato pre-fill parameters from the property/unit (layout, area, floor), pull the price from the last lease (or the recommended rent), and generate a title and description offline right away — no AI, just assembling Czech text from the parameters.
2
Fine-tune the content
Title, price, description, and parameters can all be edited inline via the pencil icon at any time. The description can also be regenerated at any time.
Good to know
The description generator doesn't run on any language model — it's a fixed template that assembles text from the filled-in property parameters.
Good to know
If the property doesn't have a unit yet, the “Create listing” button creates one for you, named “Whole property”.
Tip
Before sending the listing further, check the recommended rent and add a few photos — both improve your chances of a quick rental.
