Instead of ticking payments off by hand, upload a bank statement. Najato matches transactions to charges by variable symbol and receives them automatically.

Payments › ⚙ Payment settings › Import & automation
1
Open Import & automation
In Payment settings (gear), the “Import & automation” tab — the same tab also covers automatic e-mail intake.
2
Upload the CSV statement
Drag a file in or click “Upload statement (CSV)”. It handles exports from Fio, KB, ČSOB, Raiffeisen, and a generic CSV format — columns are recognized by header name.
3
Automatic matching
The variable symbol derived from the lease ID finds the right charge and the payment is received right away; duplicate rows are skipped.
4
Resolve unmatched items in the queue
Anything unmatched waits in the “Unmatched” queue right below the upload — pick a lease and period, or “Ignore” the transaction. A banner above the payments list flags the queue.
Good to know
The variable symbol is derived from the lease ID. When tenants pay with the correct VS, matching is automatic; otherwise assign the transaction manually in the queue.
Tip
Prefer no uploading? In the same tab, turn on automatic e-mail payment intake — the bank sends a notice and Najato processes it for you.
