Inviting a manager to your portfolio
How to email-invite a manager for portfolio access and manage pending invitations.

If you want to manage a portfolio together with someone else (e.g. an assistant or accountant), you can invite them by email directly from your profile.
Profile › Portfolio › Access management › Invite manager

Open access management
On the Portfolio tab in your profile you'll find the "Access management" section.

Invite manager
Enter the invitee's email and role, then send the invitation.

Accepting the invite
The invitee gets an email with a link — portfolio membership is only created once they click and accept, not when the invite is sent.
Good to know
The invitation is valid for 7 days. If it expires, just resend it — that refreshes the validity period.
Pending invitations
Until the invitee accepts, the invitation shows up in the list as pending, with the option to resend or revoke it.
Tip
A manager on someone else's portfolio pays nothing — the subscription is billed only to the owner, see Plans & pricing.
