Contract templates & parameters

The Leases section (/documents) is the hub for leases and documents — besides the Leases tab (the list of lease contracts), it has three supporting tabs.

• Templates — central and custom lease/document templates.
• Defaults — which template is automatically used for a given event.
• Parameters — a list of the dynamic {{…}} values inserted into documents.

Templates include, among others:

• Lease contract in three variants by property type — flat (registered unit), flat in an apartment building, detached house
• Government Regulation No. 308/2015 Coll. (statutory annex to the lease)
• Contract amendment, handover protocol, outbound handover protocol
• Deposit confirmation, rent-receipt confirmation
• Notice of termination, immediate notice of termination, notice of lease ending (expiry of term), termination agreement

In Defaults, you pick the template that's automatically used for each event (a new lease by property type, protocol, deposit, amendment, each termination type…) — tagged Custom or Central.

Parameters lists placeholders like {{najem.castka}} or {{najemnik.jmeno}}, grouped by Tenant / Property / Lease / Landlord / Protocol, with a type (Text/Amount/Date) and how many leases have a real value for it. When a document is generated for a specific lease, its placeholders are automatically replaced with the actual data.
