Electronic signing

How remote, batch e-signing of lease documents works — no account needed on the signer's side.

The lease contract and other documents (deposit, protocol, first month's rent, termination…) can be signed electronically and remotely — the signer needs no Najato account and no login.

1
Pick the documents
In the lease's checklist, click “Sign electronically” — the dialog offers every in-progress document at once (batch signing).
2
Enter the signers
The app pre-fills the role (Landlord/Tenant) and e-mail; you can adjust the values.
3
Send the invitations
Each party gets an e-mail with a personal link to the public page /podpis/<token>, where they view and sign the document.

Who signs a document depends on its type: the lease contract, deposit, and handover protocol are signed by both parties; the rent-receipt confirmation is signed only by the landlord. Once everyone has signed, the step shows “Signed electronically” with a link to the confirmation (who signed, when, from which e-mail).

Good to know
A rent payment receipt is not signed — by law it's valid without a signature. Electronic signing applies to the lease and related documents, not to payment receipts.
Tip
The templates documents are generated from are covered in Contract templates & parameters.
