The last Provoz tab shows a forecast of consumption and costs for the next period, for a chosen property or unit. It's purely informational — there's no button here that sets an advance amount in any payment schedule.

Pick a property and unit
For a multi-unit property, switch between “This unit” and “Whole property”.

The current or next year is available — the forecast is calculated for the selected target period.

Read the result
Four cards show projected costs vs. last year, the monthly average, a recommended advance, and the year-over-year trend; a table breaks it down per commodity.
How the estimate is calculated
It starts from last year's actuals — from costs (only costs chargeable to the tenant) and meter readings — multiplied by an expected year-over-year price increase per commodity: roughly 2% electricity, 3% heat/water/hot water, 4% gas, 2% other. For a unit without its own heat meter, heat consumption is estimated from floor area.
- Consumption and cost are estimated separately per commodity — for invoice- or area-based figures the consumption is flagged “estimate”.
- The recommended monthly advance is the projected annual cost spread over months, plus a small buffer.
Good to know
The forecast is only an input for deciding advance amounts in the lease — advances themselves are set in the settlement or in the lease schedule, not here.
