Automatic e-mail payment intake

Activate an intake address and let the bank send notices that process themselves.

The most convenient matching route: the bank (or you) sends a payment notice to a generated intake address and Najato processes it without your involvement.

Payments › ⚙ Payment settings › Import & automation
1
Activate the intake address
At the bottom of the “Import & automation” tab, click “Activate intake address” — a unique mailbox in the form vypisy.<code>@… is created.
2
Set up forwarding at your bank
Have incoming-payment notices sent to that address. Listed banks: Fio, ČSOB, KB, Raiffeisenbank, Air Bank, Moneta.
3
Let Najato take it from there
A webhook reads the amount, variable symbol, date and counter-account from the e-mail, matches the transaction to a charge just like a manual import, and drops unmatched ones into the “Unmatched” queue.

The “Automatic matching from e-mail” switch turns intake off at any time without deleting the address — incoming e-mails simply stop being processed.

Good to know
This is an infrastructure feature — it needs a configured environment (import domain, webhook). In production the Najato operator manages it.
