The property detail has 5 tabs. Most fields can also be edited right on the Overview tab — hover a row to reveal a pencil icon, click it to inline-edit a single field without opening the full form.
Detail tabs

| Overview | Occupancy and monthly income (if the property has a tenant), address with a map, “Property information” card, “Investment” card |
| Rental | History of every lease ever signed on the property |
| Listing | Creating and managing the unit's listing |
| Units | The list of units — see Units & rooms |
| Metering & readings | The property's meters and their readings |
“Edit property” form fields

| Layout and area | Layout (15 options, e.g. 1+kk, 2+1, Studio), area in m² — apartments also get a unit number |
| Name | Property name — auto-filled from street and city, editable |
| Advanced details | Ownership type, construction type, heating type, floor (apartments only), total floors, basements, amenities, notes |
- Advanced details sit behind a collapsible “▶ Advanced details” section — no need to fill them in right when creating the property.
- Amenities are 7 yes/no toggles: Elevator, Parking, Garage, Balcony, Loggia, Terrace, Cellar. The detail page only shows the checked ones, as green badges.
- The Investment card on Overview tracks the purchase date, purchase price and current value — Appreciation is calculated automatically.
Property / unit statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | vacant, waiting for a tenant |
| Occupied | derived automatically from an existing active lease — can't be set manually |
| Under renovation | temporarily unavailable |
| Reserved | an interested party is lined up, no lease yet |
| Unavailable | out of service |
Tip
The same form used for editing is also used when adding a property — just without the Advanced details section, which you can fill in anytime later.
