How Najato estimates a rent range and how to apply the recommended price.

In the listing editor you'll find a Recommended rent card with an estimated min / mid / max range. The estimate is based on a CZK/m² rate by region, multiplied by a layout coefficient, plus surcharges for amenities (for example an elevator or balcony).
Each estimate also shows an indicative price per m² and comparable listings so you can see what the estimate is based on.
1
Calculate the estimate
Until the listing has a recommendation, the card shows a “Calculate estimate” button; once it exists, you can recalculate it any time with “Recalculate”.
2
Use as rent
The “Use as rent” button sets the listing price to the recommended midpoint (mid).
3
Adjust manually if needed
The price can still be edited inline via the pencil icon at any time, even after applying the recommendation.
Heads up
Without a filled-in area for the property or unit, the estimate is just an indicative ±10% range — for a more accurate figure, fill in the area in property information.
