The difference between Free and Najato Pro, how the trial works, and what actually counts toward billing.

Najato offers two plans — Free and Najato Pro. You can view and switch between them in your profile.

- The first 3 units are always free, regardless of plan.
- Only active / rented units are billed — ones with a running lease. Empty units cost nothing.
- Whether 21% VAT is added depends on whether the Najato operator is a VAT payer — if not, prices are shown without VAT.
Trial
There's also a free trial — 3 months of full Najato Pro at no cost, no card required. It's offered the moment you try to activate a 4th lease over the limit, or you can start it manually in your profile.
Who gets billed
The subscription belongs to the owner (the user), not the portfolio — it's billed as a total across every portfolio where you're the owner. One subscription per person; if you manage someone else's portfolio as a manager, you pay nothing.
