My account & access
What you can edit under My details and the Owners tab, and why it differs from Portfolio.
Besides Portfolio and Subscription, your Profile also holds personal account settings and a registry of property owners used in lease contracts.
My details
- Your account's first name, last name, phone and email.
- Application language — currently Czech only.
- Default currency — pre-filled on newly created leases.
Change password
On the Change password tab you enter your current password, then the new password twice for confirmation.
Owners — the landlord party on contracts
The Owners tab isn't the same as Portfolio — Portfolio controls who has access to the app (see Inviting a manager), while Owners is a registry of people or companies that appear as the landlord on a lease contract. The type — Individual or Company — plus address, bank account and ID documents are pulled automatically from the selected owner into the generated contract. A single owner can be reused across multiple leases.
Users (admin only)
Accounts with the Administrator role also see a Users tab listing every account on Najato and its role — this is a platform-wide view, not the members of a single portfolio.
