The Support section is for questions, ideas, and feedback about Najato. You'll find the link in the footer of the left-hand menu.

Support

You only see and create your own tickets — the Najato administrator sees all of them.

Opening a new ticket

1
New ticket
Button in the Support section header.
2
Type
Choose Idea, Question, Bug, or Praise.
3
Subject and description
Summarize the issue briefly, then add the details.
4
Priority
Suggest Low, Medium, High, or Critical — your own estimate of urgency; support sets the final one.
5
Attachments (optional)
Attach files up to 10 MB, e.g. a screenshot.

After submitting, the ticket detail opens right away, showing its status so you can continue the conversation.

Thread and ticket status

The ticket detail is a conversation — your messages appear on the left (light), support's replies on the right (green). You can reply and attach another file at any time.

  • A ticket has a status: New, In progress, Waiting, or Resolved.
  • Both status and the final priority are set by the administrator — for you they're read-only.
  • Internal notes between support staff aren't visible to customers.
Good to know
The more specific your description (what you did, what you expected, what happened), the faster support can resolve the ticket.
