Monthly newsletter

What the recurring summary email about your portfolio contains, and how to unsubscribe.

Najato sends you a summary email every month for the previous month — the most important highlights from your portfolio without opening the app.

The newsletter goes out on the 1st of the month at 8:00 and there's one per owner — if you have several portfolios, they're combined into a single email.

What's in the email

  • How much rent was collected last month, plus the trend versus the previous month.
  • Who is overdue — debtors named individually, with the last reminder that was sent.
  • Portfolio occupancy and a list of vacant units.
  • Leases ending within the next 90 days.
  • A heads-up if last year's utility settlement still needs finishing.
  • One “tip of the month” — a specific recommendation of what to set up or complete in the app.

The content is data-driven: any block that doesn't apply to you (e.g. no debtors, no leases ending) is simply left out. The greeting uses a natural form of address by name.

Unsubscribing

The email footer has an “Unsubscribe” link — one click turns the newsletter off. It's never sent more than once a month, even if you log into the app several times.

Good to know
The newsletter has no dedicated settings screen in the app — it's purely an email, and the only control is the “Unsubscribe” link in its footer.
Tip
The newsletter is just a summary — for the current state of payments and leases, open the dashboard in the app any time.
