These instructions concern the paid Najato Pro subscription concluded by distance means (over the internet) with a consumer. A consumer is a user who, when ordering the subscription, does not act within their business activity. The instructions and the model form are based on Czech Government Decree No. 29/2023 Coll.
You have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day the contract was concluded (activation of the subscription).
The person to whom you address the withdrawal is the operator: Jakub Houžvička – Najato.cz, ID No. 737 59 210, registered office M. Koněva 120, 506 01 Jičín, e-mail podpora@najato.cz.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
You may withdraw by any unambiguous statement addressed to the operator — for example by e-mail to podpora@najato.cz or by letter to the registered office. You may also use the model form below, but you are not obliged to.
You can also cancel a paid subscription at any time directly in the app under Profile → Subscription.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; the refund will cost you nothing.
The Najato Pro subscription unlocks the paid features immediately upon activation. By ordering the paid subscription and ticking the relevant consent, you expressly request that provision of the service begin during the 14-day withdrawal period.
If you request the service to begin during the withdrawal period and the service is then fully provided, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract under § 1837 of the Civil Code.
If you withdraw after provision of the service has begun at your express request, you will pay us a proportionate part of the agreed price corresponding to the service provided up to the moment of withdrawal (§ 1834 of the Civil Code).
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
