Leads
How working with listing inquiries goes, from a new contact to selecting a tenant.

The Leads sub-tab on the listing collects inquiries — with a KPI overview and a status filter. Every lead moves through a fixed sequence of statuses.
Properties › Detail › Listing › Leads
- 1New
- 2Contacted
- 3Viewing
- 4Offer
- 5Selected
- 6Rejected
Status and fit (good / verify / bad) change on click and save instantly. Contact details, the lead's message, and an internal note (visible only to you) are edited together and saved with the “Save” button.
1
Add a lead manually
The “+ Add lead” button lets you log an inquiry that came in outside distribution — a phone call or a walk-in visit, for example. Only the name is required.
2
Schedule a viewing
In the lead detail, enter a date, time, and place and confirm “Schedule viewing” — the status automatically moves to Viewing.
3
Add as tenant
Once a lead has the Selected status, a “+ Add as tenant” button appears next to it — it creates a tenant record (name split into first/last name, phone, email) and switches you straight to editing it.
The lead detail has a Registry screening section. Najato prepares the name and date of birth, opens the public registry with a pre-filled query, and you just record the result (✓ Nothing found / ⚠ Match). It's a recommended step, not a requirement — you still decide on suitability.
1
Insolvency register (ISIR)
Free. The button opens isir.justice.cz already pre-filled with the name and date of birth; it shows ongoing and closed insolvencies and debt relief.
2
Central register of distraints (CEE)
Paid (CZK 60 / query, paid directly to the Chamber of Executors). Najato prepares the details to copy; you complete the query and payment on ceecr.cz.
3
Record the result
Save the result for each registry with a single click; a colored dot then appears in the leads list (green for no match, red for a match).
Good to know
For data protection, only the result, date, and a link to the source are stored — not the downloaded record or the birth number. The date of birth is optional, but without it there's a risk of confusing a namesake.
Good to know
The first time a listing is published to a portal or social network, Najato creates a few demo inquiries in different statuses and channels, just to give you something to filter and try out. The Own website channel doesn't seed demo inquiries — real ones arrive there from the listing's public page.
Heads up
The app doesn't send emails to leads yet — for now you handle communication outside Najato (phone/email) and just log notes and status here.
